Refund policy for community membership: No refunds given for after 14 days of initial purchase of subscription-based memberships. Cancel your subscription at any time by emailing email info@thetecheditorhub.com. Pause of subscription is considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refund policy for courses: Due to the nature of the services and/or products provided, refunds for all courses will not be given after 14 days have passed from purchase date unless otherwise specified in writing. Refunds are not given for paid live events, single day workshops, or services purchased on this website. You may request a refund of any multi-module course purchased on this website up to 14 days after purchase; refunds are NOT considered after 14 days. To request a refund, please email info@thetecheditorhub.com. All refunds are credited via the original form of payment, with no exceptions granted.

We offer paid product(s) for a fee. You are responsible for paying all fees charged by us and applicable taxes in a timely manner with a payment mechanism associated with the applicable paid product(s). When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. We reserve the right to disable access to any product for which we have not received adequate payment.
